  • We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors with 100% accuracy.

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) and include Value  where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

  • In the event of a pricing error on the site, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for that incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. We will notify you immediately in this case.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer from you to purchase products.

  • Confirmation of payment does not mean final acceptance of the order.

  • The sales contract is finalized between us when we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

  • Business days are Saturday through Thursday, excluding Fridays and UAE public holidays.

2. Delivery Time (Based on Customer Location)

A. Delivery within the UAE:

  • Estimated Time: 3 to 7 business days from the shipping date.

  • Carriers: We work with reliable local courier companies.

B. International Delivery (Outside the UAE):

  • Estimated Time: 7 to 14 business days from the shipping date.

  • This is an estimate and may vary depending on customs procedures and the destination country.

  • The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer's address and order weight, and are displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to follow your shipment.

Section 4: Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

We aim to ensure you have a safe and flexible shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

We offer two different return periods depending on the product type:



Product Type Return Window Conditions
Clothing (Mens, Womens, Kids) & Accessories 14 days from the date of delivery Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Underwear / Intimates 7 days from the date of delivery Must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, sealed packaging.

  • Important Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if the original packaging has been opened or if the item shows signs of use.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear/intimates where the original packaging has been opened.

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

3. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Wait for our reply to confirm the return request and receive shipping instructions.

  4. Any packages returned without prior coordination via email will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a store error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product): We will bear the full cost of the return shipping.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item at our address in Abu Dhabi, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions above.

  • If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Within a maximum of 7 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at almuhairi112233@hotmail.com with a photo showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund promptly.

1. Limitation of Liability

  • Products are provided on an "As Is" basis without any additional guarantees beyond those stated in our return policy.

Since we source some of our products directly from international suppliers to offer you the best selection and prices, the return process for these items may differ slightly.

6.1 Return Shipping Address:
For all returns, the customer must ship the item back to our local return address in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Please do not ship items directly to the supplier's international address, as this will delay or prevent your refund.

6.2 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a store error or a defective product, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for returns within the UAE) or reimburse the cost of return shipping (up to a specified amount).

  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our Abu Dhabi address, as well as any international shipping costs we may incur to return the item to the supplier.

6.3 Refund Timeline:
Once we receive the returned item at our Abu Dhabi facility and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that we may need to wait for confirmation from our international supplier before finalizing the refund, but we will keep you updated throughout the process.

6.4 Important Note:
As the seller of record, [Our Nature cloth] is fully responsible for your return, regardless of where the product was shipped from. We guarantee that your return will be handled in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws and our policies stated here.
